How "Save My" Works
01
Tell us what you own
Decide which plan you want, answer some simple questions. The attorney and AI create a trust.
02
Attorney review
A licensed attorney in your state checks the trust, fixes anything incorrect, and sends it to you for signature.
03
Implementation
The trust attorney applies for an equity loan, hires a management company, either rents or sells your house according to your instructions, and sets up funding for you and your home until rented or sold.
Losing TPS or asylum can trigger ICE action. Pick the plan that fits.
Basic Trust โ $899
If you have family or someone you really trust here.
Instead of giving a power of attorney or a quitclaim deed where somebody can do as they want with the property, the trust protects you and requires that they act as the trust indicates. That means that a family or a trusted person will manage your property under the trust while you're abroad instead of transferring ownership or control of the property exclusively.
Premium Trust โ $1,299
If your family members cannot manage the property to either rent, sell, or pay the bills, an attorney trust is the way to go.
The attorney takes over and follows your instructions, so there is no risk of loss or mismanagement. You decide whether to rent it, sell it, or let your family stay in it.
Why a trust protects your property better than handing it to someone else.
That includes family, a friend, or even your spouse.
Hundreds of deported people signed their house, car, or bank over to a friend or relative โ and then that person stopped answering the phone. Once you are out of the country, there is almost nothing you can do.
1.Wives and partners change their mind when someone is gone or locked up for months.
2.Families need money. A house signed over becomes their house, not yours.
3.Cousins, in-laws, and neighbors take advantage of people they think won't come back.
4.Signing your house over makes them the owner. Making them a trustee is different โ they have a legal duty to act as directed by the trust.
This is not rare. It happens almost every time someone is deported and can't stay here to defend what they built.
Pick the plan that fits.
Our software collects your information and prepares an intake packet. A licensed attorney in your state then drafts, reviews, and signs your trust documents. We keep your records in a private vault.
